Thin enough to forget you are wearing it
Meadow is the robe for warm houses and summer mornings — light enough that you can put it on over sleepwear without feeling wrapped up, but cut with enough front to close properly when someone knocks at the door.
It is a simple shape. A self-tie belt, patch pockets set at the hip, a clean edge down the front instead of a collar, and a hem that hangs flat rather than curling. Nothing about it is stiff, so it folds small and takes up very little room on a hook.
Slip it on, then knot once
There is no collar here, so the robe closes as far as you tie it. The belt is the same fabric as the body, which means it knots without slipping and the two ends hang at a similar weight, so the front does not drag to one side.
The cut is easy through the body. Choose by the reach across the front — if you want more overlap when it is closed, take the size up. If you want the belt to sit closer to the body, take your usual size and let the tie do the rest.
- Take your bust measurement over light clothing, keeping the tape flat.
- For the wrap, measure round the fullest part of your body — that is the figure the front has to cover.
- There is no collar to close the gap, so extra room across the front is worth having.
Measuring is walked through in full in the size & care guide.
Keeping a light robe light
A light cotton is what makes this wearable in a warm room, and it is also what makes it easy to spoil. Hot water and a tumble dryer are the two things that turn a soft robe into a stiff one, so keeping it cool and drying it flat is most of the care it needs.
- Wash it cool on a gentle cycle with similar colours, and do not fill the drum.
- Dry it flat or on a line. The tumble dryer removes the softness rather than the creases.
- Air it between wears — it is a robe, not a towel.

When it arrives
Orders are packed and sent out from our warehouse. A confirmation email follows your order and a dispatch note follows the parcel. Delivery timing for your address is confirmed at checkout before any payment.
A 14-day cancellation right applies to consumers across Europe, counted from the day the goods arrive, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, with no reason required.
- Write to us and send the robe back within 14 days of that message.
- It needs to come back unworn, with the tags on, fit to be resold.
- Postage in that direction is yours unless we agree otherwise. The refund goes to your original payment method.

Three questions before you buy Meadow
Is the light cotton going to wear thin quickly?
It is a light weave, not a fragile one, and it is meant to be worn over sleepwear rather than pulled about. Wash it cool, dry it flat, and it keeps its body — the thing that ages a robe fastest is heat.
Do the patch pockets hold anything?
They take a phone or a set of keys and lie flat when empty. They are set at the hip, so they do not pull the front of the robe out of line when there is something in them.
Will the belt end up lost?
It is a self-tie belt in the same fabric, so it stays with the robe and knots without slipping. There are no loose loops for it to work its way out of.
