Delivery & returns
Everything below describes how we handle orders, delivery and returns. The estimated delivery window for your specific order is confirmed at checkout before you pay.
Delivery
Orders are packed and dispatched from our warehouse. Once your order is confirmed you will receive an order confirmation by email, and a further message when it leaves us. The estimated delivery window shown at checkout is the one that applies to your order.
If you need an order sent outside Europe, contact us before ordering and we will confirm what is possible for your address.
Your right to cancel
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You do not need to give a reason.
To cancel, tell us in writing — an email to shop@fuelstoragetanks.shop · +44 7543 892991 is enough, and a clear statement is all we need. We will confirm receipt of your cancellation, and any refund due is made to the original payment method.
Returns
Once you have told us you are cancelling, send the goods back within 14 days. Please return items unused, with any tags still attached, and in a condition that allows them to be resold. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless we agree otherwise.
We inspect returns when they arrive. If an item comes back worn, washed, damaged or incomplete, we may make a deduction from the refund to reflect the loss in value — but we will always tell you first.
Faulty or incorrect items
If something arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us and we will sort it out. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose; where they are not, you are entitled to a remedy. Please keep the packaging until you have checked your order.
How to start a return

- We reply with the return address and any reference you need to include.
- Send the item back within 14 days of telling us, and keep your proof of postage.
- We confirm the return and process the refund to your original payment method.
